Description

INGREDIENTS: organic Fireweed (latin. Chamaenerion angustifolium) leaves fermented in 122°F

CHARACTERISTICS: bitter sweet taste, energy-boosting, metabolism-improving, aromatic


Made by slowly fermenting leaves of wild fireweed herb in 50°C  for up to 1 week and forming a certain shape so that they would open in the tea bag. Because of wild fireweed which is naturally rich in minerals and hand-made fermenting processes, "NORDIC BLACK" have similar effect and taste characteristics as traditional black tea. "NORDIC BLACK" does not contain caffeine and chemicals.

INSTRUCTIONS: Take PLŪKT tea bag and add nearly boiled water (~194°F). Let it brew for 5-7 minutes.

This is my new go to tea. Don't be thrown off by the name - it's not like the black tea you're used to. It's way better, and it's caffeine free. And the packaging is beautiful.
